
After a few years of not having done yoga, my fears on whether I could do a session was totally put to rest as Anu gently took me from pose to pose, constantly mindful of my breathing and posture. At the end of the hour, I felt totally relaxed and loose with an overall sense of well-being. A calm ambience enhanced the session and has encouraged me to pursue my interest to keep practicing. Anu is incredibly warm, knowledgeable & focused & makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. She provides the encouragement to step outside of your comfort zone but is respectful of an individual's need to own their practice. When she teaches, you truly feel no inhibition or insecurity about yourself or your movements. Anu is motivating & supportive & you can really feel her enthusiasm for her practice, & the joy she receives in guiding others. It is amazing to practice yoga with Anu. I do enjoy every bit of the session. With Anu, I have the most fulfilling yoga practice which is a great mix of postures flow, breathing, and relaxation.
