CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
Yes, depending on availability. Please approach us for private session rate plans.
WHAT'S THE WET WEATHER POLICY?
Session will be cancelled or discontinued. Clients can redeem the session at another time.
IS YOU CLASS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Absolutely. No cookie cutter classes here. Each session is lovingly and painstakingly curated.
WILLÂ INVERSIONS BE TAUGHT?
Prana Yoga does not lead sessions with inversions due to liability. If you are looking to practice inversions, you might find a better fit elsewhere.
WHAT'S THE NO-SHOW POLICY?
No-show and cancellation within 12 hours before start of session will be considered as one session.
IS YOGA RELIGIOUS?
Absolutely not. We sometimes chant "Aum" in class as a part of breath work, but it is completely optional for you to join in.
